Description:
"Charlotte" is an animated biopic of Jewish artist Charlotte Salomon who diaried her experiences as a German Jew during WWII through an astonishing series of several hundred expressionist paintings called "Life? Or Theater?”. The work is on permanent exhibit at the Jewish Historical Museum of Amsterdam and can be viewed online at https://charlotte.jck.nl/section.
