kakka-
The ancient proto-indo-european root kakka- means "to shit". It is a very useful root and appears as part of poppycock, kakistocracy, cachexia, cacoethes, caconym, cacophony. Most or all which seem useful words these days.
poppycock = "soft porridge for babies that is shit" (Dutch expression) = nonsense talk
kakistocracy = "shitty government" (ie by ignorant trash people); opposite of aristocracy
cachexia = "shitty state" (of health). cachectic = pertaining to this.
cacoethes = "shitty disposition" = incurable passion for something, which Greek and Latin writers saw as a massive character flaw
caconym = "shitty name", specifically a bad taxonomic name for something
cacophony = "shitty sound", noise, racket
